ZGC151FD Macroporous Strong Acid Cation Exchange Resin

 

1. Introduction:

"Hydrolite" ZGC151FD is a sort of cation exchange resin that has sulfonic group (-SO3H) in the styrene-diethylene benzene copolymer with macroporous structure. Because of its macroporous matrix, it has better ability to anti-attrition, anti-permeate and anti-oxidant.

After the special purify treatment, ZGC151FD meets with food grade requirements, it has great physical and chemical stability, high purity level, and with minimum metals and residuals left in the pore of resins and no organic dissolved matters, thus especially suitable for potable water treatment, decoloration and desalination of food industries (e.g.: starch sugar, tartaric acid, beer, sorbitol, xylitol, amino acid, citric acid, lactic acid etc.)

Noted: When start to back wash, the flow rate should be slow, after all of the resins become flexible, increase back wash flow rate step by step, after resins are fully operating, stable back wash flow rate until the output water of back wash is clean.
